You may browse this site and use it to research, enquire about, and purchase products and services for your own lawful business or personal use. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping content for resale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
We aim to keep product information, pricing, and stock levels accurate and up to date, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before proceeding.
3. Products & pricing
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) [confirm GST treatment / add "including GST" or "excluding GST" once confirmed] and are current at the time of viewing, but may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order is placed, and will always contact you before charging a corrected amount.
We supply genuine parts as the official Australia & New Zealand distributor for IMET, and carry parts and offer repair services for a range of other major brands as described on our Brands page.
4. Orders & payment
Orders placed through this site are processed via Square, our payment provider. Square handles all payment card details directly — we don't store your card information ourselves. By placing an order, you confirm the payment details provided are accurate and that you're authorised to use the payment method.
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation from Square. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item turns out to be unexpectedly out of stock — in which case we'll notify you and refund any payment taken.
5. Shipping
Shipping timeframes, methods, and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in goods passes to you once they're delivered to the address provided at checkout.
6. Returns & warranty
Our approach to returns, faulty items, and manufacturer warranty is set out in our Warranty & Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act, or other applicable law that can't be excluded by agreement.
7. Repairs & service bookings
Repair jobs registered or tracked through our repair portal are subject to a separate quote-and-approval process — no repair work begins until you've approved a quote. See our Repairs page for how the process works.

The content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Remote Control Parts Pty Ltd or is used with permission from the relevant brand owners (including IMET and other represented brands). You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
